Dale Marr, President and CEO
Dale A. Marr, President and CEO, has over 27 years of general contracting experience. Dale brings extensive experience ranging from churches, schools, and office buildings to municipal buildings and hotels. A former student of the United States Air Force Academy, Dale carries a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Arizona. He has held various management positions at Sanner Contracting, Kachina Redi-Mix, Del E. Webb Construction Services Co., and Koll Construction before joining Concord in 1993 as Project Manager for the Phoenix office. In 2003 Dale became the President of the Phoenix office and was promoted to CEO of Concord in 2008.
Dale is currently a member of Alliance for Construction Excellence (ACE), Arizona Builders Alliance (ABA), Arizona Contractors Association (ACA), and is a past member of the American Concrete Institute.

John Nyman, President-Tucson

John R. Nyman, AIA, President-Tucson and Partner, has over 30 years experience in the construction industry and is a registered architect. A graduate of Iowa State University with a B.A. in Architecture, he completed the Advanced Management Program with AGC of America in 1989. John held various management positions with Wendell Lockard Construction and Thorson, Bron, Broshar, Snyder Architects in Iowa and Lockard Southwest in Tucson before joining Concord in 1993 as a project manager for the Tucson office. In 2001 John was promoted to Senior Vice President and Partner. He was then promoted to President of the Tucson office in 2003.
John is currently a member of the American Institute of Architects and Arizona Builder’s Alliance (ABA), in which he served as Chairman in 2006. He is currently the Chairman of CALA Scholarship Committee for University of Arizona and a LEED Accredited Professional.

Eric Peterson, Chief Financial Officer
Eric Peterson, Chief Financial Officer, leads Concord’s strategic and financial management efforts. Eric has almost 25 years of experience in the A/E/C industry in financial management, systems consulting, and strategic planning. A graduate of the University of Arizona with a B.S. in Business Administration, Eric has worked with a variety of general contractors, developers, building owners, subcontractors, and other industry firms. Prior to joining Concord, Eric was a Senior Manager with Deloitte & Touche, responsible for construction and real estate systems consulting engagements throughout the Midwest and Northeast. Prior to his consulting career, Eric spent 15 years in financial and systems management. Eric also operated his own construction accounting and software sales business in Tucson, Arizona. He joined Concord in 2001 as Chief Financial Officer and in 2003 became a partner.
Eric is a member of an East Valley community advisory board, CFMA, and is active in his son’s high school band parent organization.
