Description

Desert Spirit was an entirely new elementary school campus which included new classroom buildings, multipurpose building, administration building, and a new media center. The subcontractors were involved in the design from the very beginning which saved the District time and cost. With this value added teamwork, Concord and the team were able to complete the project ahead of schedule and return $95,000 to the District!
