Concord completed renovations and additions to the existing shell of the multipurpose building that sat on an occupied campus. The building included several lab facilities including, micro bio laboratories for agriculture, bio dry and wet laboratories, food and research laboratories, classrooms, and a state-of-the-art virtual environment.
