Old Main
Description
Phase I of work included plaza renovations, which incorporated the addition of a concrete plaza and sidewalk, irrigation improvements, and landscaping upgrades. During Phase II, Concord renovated 18,000 s.f. of interior space into new offices, reception areas, and conference rooms. Spaces characterized by poor air quality, lack of data connectivity, and worn finishes were transformed into modern office spaces that retained the character of the old building while providing modern day amenities.
