Tempe Elementary School District, HVAC and Roofing at 5 Schools
Concord was hired to complete 350,000 square foot of re-roofing and HVAC upgrades to five schools within Tempe Elementary School District. Working in double shifts all work will include new electrical and plumbing upgrades and will be completed in a fast track 70-day schedule.

Ft. Huachuca AIT Dining Facility
Located in Sierra Vista, this 30,000 s.f., LEED® Silver, dining facility is being built on the Ft. Huachuca Army Post. The facility will include a full prep kitchen, main dining area, and several private dining rooms. The expansive interior will include wall size murals of photos from the Fort’s colorful history.

First Baptist Tempe, New Classroom Building
Completed on a heavily occupied site, Concord is building a new two-story office and classroom building for First Baptist Tempe. The project will be completed in two phases with Phase I including the addition of a $2 million classroom facility and Phase II entailing a second floor tenant improvement of an existing building on the campus.

Cartwright Elementary School District, Glenn Downs Elementary School Renovation and New Classroom Building
Using the CM@Risk delivery method, Concord is completing campus renovations to Glenn Downs Elementary School. Renovations include removing outside walls on two classroom buildings and expanding the facilities for additional classroom space. A new classroom building will also be constructed on this partially occupied site.

Amphitheater Public Schools, Rillito Center
The Rillito Center is a special needs school for Amphitheater Public Schools that accommodates students from levels K-12. The existing center will undergo extensive renovations and expansion that will include specialized learning classrooms, an expanded multipurpose room, and dedicated nursing center that handles medications needs as well as trauma events.
