Sierra Vista, Station #3 Fire Station

Sierra Vista Fire Station

Station #3 will decrease response times and allow for all of the City’s fire personnel to meet in one facility. The 17,000 square foot facility will house two companies of 5 firefighters, a large training room, and 3-bay dock. The facility will serve as the main location for parking of fire department vehicles including a new aerial platform truck, ladder truck, two medic units, and a hazardous materials response unit.

Osborn School District, District Wide Bond Program

Concord is currently completing an $18 million bond program for district wide projects at six campuses ranging from 50,000 to 80,000 square foot each. Renovations and upgrades are underway on classrooms and restrooms throughout all of the campuses. New construction of a gymnasium and five full size basketball courts is being completed at one school, along with two schools receiving new classroom buildings.

Kiewit Western Co., Southwest Headquarters Renovation & Addition

Keiwit Western Company

The Kiewit Western Office Renovation and Addition is a project that will be the showcase for the entire Kiewit Organization. This project includes the addition of 7,100 square feet to an existing 28,000 square foot concrete tilt building. The scope includes a southwestern motif exterior and updated facelift, complete interior renovation, and replacement of mechanical, electrical, and communication systems. The interior will be finished in high-end finishes such as granite counters, interior water features, and state-of-the-art office fixtures and finishes.

University of Arizona – Old Main Renovations

University of Arizona - Old Main

Representing the University of Arizona’s first original school building, the Old Main Renovation Phase II is a continuation of work at the University of Arizona. Old Main Phase I was a sensitively designed plaza on the east side of this building. Phase II continued with adaptive reuse of the basement and main floor areas. Renovation work includes a new IT room to house servers and data feeds, new electrical service, new finishes, new millwork, new HVAC, new plumbing, and structural reinforcement.

Christ Church Lutheran and Christ Lutheran School

Christ Church Lutheran

Concord is currently completing a new 23,000 square foot two-story classroom building and performing arts/contemporary worship center for Christ Church Lutheran and Christ Lutheran School. Located on the current church campus, the $7.2 million facility is being completed on a heavily occupied site.
