Subcontractor Prequalification
As partners in building, Concord is always seeking new subcontractors to join the team. Concord evaluates which of our prequalified and preselect subcontractors are best suited for specific projects by evaluating the following attributes:
- Strength of their financial stability
- Available manpower to do the work
- Current references
- A history and familiarity with the type of project
- Competitive pricing
