Concord did an excellent job in all areas of construction and were highly professional. They went beyond the call of duty to help make the project as easy for us as possible. In conclusion, we could not be happier with Concord and the work that they did. The Mesa Salvation Army has a beautiful building which is proof of the quality of the workmanship and professionalism of their company.
Major Brian Jones, Corps Officer, The Salvation Army
Concord was both responsive and flexible which improved the quality and timeliness of construction on the James A. Walsh Federal Courthouse. Concord would meet with the Court staff weekly and sometimes daily to ensure that the tenant understood the work activity schedule and noise activity schedule. The Walsh Courthouse renovation work finished on time and under budget. Concord's construction quality was excellent.
Jean Dakota, Project Manager, General Services Administration
During my ministry I have shepherded four major builds. This was the most gratifying. I attribute much of that to the great working relationship we have had with Concord General Contracting. I heartily recommend them for your consideration.
Mark Halvorson, Senior Pastor, Our Savior's Lutheran Church
The Design Build Contractor constructed an excellent facility with an outstanding attention to detail on the interior space. The contractor management and on-site staff was responsive to the Government's concerns and was professional and cooperative at all times.

I commend you and your outstanding construction team for doing such a great job on our project. Your professionalism made the entire construction phase run smoothly and you were able to complete this important facility on schedule. Thank you for all you have done to insure our successful opening.

You and your staff deserve a great deal of credit for the quality construction you provided and your leadership in getting the project accomplished. Thank you for your professionalism, your attitude toward quality and the leadership in getting the project accomplished on time and on budget. Leadership is a word often used, but seldom encountered in reality...this cannot be said in your case.
