Office Phones – Making Calls

To Call Someone Within the Office

If you’re calling someone within the office, you can simply dial their extension to call them.
For example, if I want to call Bob at ext 1234, I’ll pick up the handset and dial “1234”.

To Call Someone Outside of The Office – *In The Phoenix Area

Press “9”, then enter the phone number.

To Call Someone Outside of The Office – *Outside of The Phoenix Area

Press “9”, then “1”, then the phone number.
