Snipping Tool

The snipping tool is ideal when you need a “screenshot” of something on your screen.

To open the tool, go down to the search bar and type in “snipping tool”.

You should see the app come up in the window at the very top:

Click on the “new button” to start a new capture.

Click and drag the mouse over the area that you would like to capture as an image

when you’re done, hit “file”, then “save as”.

Save it as your desired file type (jpg, png, etc).
